hard to improve

-a second keyboardist in the rzone band
-a first keyboardist in the tkk band

the sectwos - three of us.
we started together, on the same day, with the same songs,
with the same standard.
yet its been two years, and two of us are stil stuck in tkk
and one has already gone on to the hof band
its like , whoah!
ALOT ALOT ALOT of difference!
the comparing of potentials -
improving by gaining experience is important in this area?


im not improving i know
i cant.
i dont know what to do.
every region wants to win, duh.
but respect for members must still be there.
every action and decision made can create
a devastating impact on members

ive seriously lost total confidence in everything i do
insecurity - hidden hatred.
so sick of it.
feeling unwanted everywhere
cant do anything properly
cant excel in anything
